Great location with easy access to trams and shopping. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was comfortable, and the gym was available 24/7. Breakfast was enjoyable, though we faced some hiccups with room service and parking pricing. A solid stay!

from the moment we checked in, the team was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. we enjoyed the amazing amenities, especially the relaxing pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. the breakfast was good, with a great variety that was well worth including in our stay. overall, the hospitality and comfort made our experience one to remember.

Had a stylish a double room, which allowed us to enjoy stunningly beautiful view of the industrial park. The pool area was great and the location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, just off an industrial area, and transport and restaurants. All the staff was genuinely helpful and extremely helpful.

A nice moment for me was when a friendly staff member surprised me with a complimentary drink at the bar after a long day of sightseeing, which really made me feel valued. The room was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable, with the signature Four Points bed living up to its reputation.

I did notice that the daily room servicing could have been a bit more attentive, as I found myself missing some basic amenities.

The amazing views of the Yarra River and the city skyline made my mornings so special. I still remember the staff’s warm welcome and the little touch of having barista coffee brought to our table during breakfast—it really made my day! The heated outdoor pool was a great perk, and the late check-out was the cherry on top.

The lobby bar closed earlier than expected, which was inconvenient for late arrivals looking for a drink.

we had a lovely stay at the vibe. the location was perfect, especially with the shopping mall right across the street. we enjoyed dining at numerous nearby restaurants and the heated pool was definitely a highlight for us. the room service was fantastic, with a delicious selection available 24 hours, making our experience even better.
